This MLatom@XACS workshop was held on 6 December 2023 in Institute of Physics of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland. It was given by Pavlo O. Dral from Xiamen University and workshop materials were prepared by MLatom@XACS team (Fuchun Ge, Quanhao Zhang, Yifan Hou, and Yuxinxin Chen).
